My responsibilities at Nutmeg include the introduction of creative processes, art direction team development - growth and skillset, as well as elevating existing creative and using a research centered approach to refreshing and establishing Nutmeg's core brand visual foundation. Alongside managing, mentoring and growing a team of designers plus commissioning external agencies, I have worked on creative proposals and pitches, conceptualising look and feels for campaigns as well as Art and Creative Direction.
