My impact at WorldRemit spans the introduction of creative processes, design principles and sign off procedures, as well as elevating existing creative and art directing new and fresh ideas. Alongside managing, mentoring and growing a team of 4 designers plus commissioning external agencies, I have worked on creative proposals and pitches, conceptualising look and feels, art and creative direction; as well as being hands on with design work for brand and Arsenal partnership campaigns
